INSTRUCTOR: Noe Hernandez
OBJECTIVE: To provide a broad base of techniques which
encompass both stand up sparring and ground fighting. A strong
emphasis is placed on physical conditioning , focus and form.
Classes are divided into novice and advanced. These classes are
not recommended for children under 16 years of age.
Class: Monday and Wednesday
Novice 7pm-8pm
Advance 8:15-9:45
Cost: $99/month
